At Castle Strategy our team take a structured approach to supporting those we work with. In the case of Boards we split this in to five key areas of work. This work starts with the big picture looking at the vision, aims and objectives and the values. In this first step we work closely with either the Chair or CEO to identify areas of concern that need immediate attention to improve stability of the board and opportunities for quick wins.
Work then focuses on the areas of Meetings, Team, Leadership and Systems. As you can see on the diagram opposite there are a number of inputs we bring to these areas including training, structure, coaching and reporting to name a few.
These inputs result in a number of outputs across the Board and individual members within the Board. You will see increased productivity, a fully engaged team and confident leadership to name a few. The end result is a board that has stability, is constantly striving for excellence in its role and an increase in profit for the shareholders.
